At Birch Hill, delicious meals are in store for you every day. From complimentary daily continental breakfast options to a wide range of lunch and dinner selections. Our culinary promise to you features chef-prepared menus with locally sourced vegetables, fruit, meats, fresh sustainable fish and cage-free eggs. We make our soups from scratch daily and roast and slice our own deli meats. In addition, we only use hormone-free milk and yogurt and never use any artificial colors or flavors. Many of our senior dining staff have over 15 years experience preparing the finest cuisine here at Birch Hill.
It’s your choice in dining venues as well; from the traditional Terrace Room with its’ outdoor shaded garden patio restaurant to the more contemporary Cobblestone Cafe, the location is up to you. One meal a day is included in your monthly fee. Our Dining Points program lets you make the decision as to when and where you would like to dine. Join friends in the resident-run Milltowne Tavern for drinks before dinner, or to catch the game on TV. Stop by the Cobblestone Cafe to get “gourmet to go” on your way out of town. No matter what you choose, you know it will be fresh, tasty and cooked to your liking.
As of July 2018, our newly renovated dining venues will be opened. The Terrace Dining room will be transformed into a contemporary, bistro-style space featuring an open kitchen and continued full table service. The formal dining room is also undergoing a complete makeover and will feature an upscale, five-course seasonally inspired menu.
