Where to begin?
I’m worried my parents might need help
But they are independent
Maybe it was your last visit to their house, or a quick check of their refrigerator that caused your first prick of worry. Or maybe it was the driving – whatever it was, if you are concerned that your parent or a loved one is starting to need help, this is the right place to begin. If your parents want to preserve their independence ( and who wouldn’t?) consider Birch Hill.
Birch Hill is Manchester’s only Continuing Care Retirement Community, or CCRC. What that means, is that if your parent chooses to move to Birch Hill, they have ensured that no matter what happens to them in the future, they are covered.
Multiple levels of care
If and when you need it
Here’s how it works; you move into Birch Hill when you can live safely independently. There, you get one healthy meal a day, housekeeping, inside and outside maintenance, courtesy transportation, and access to fitness classes, gardening, art classes, book discussions, trips, and much more. In the future, if your care needs change, you can transition to assisted living, memory care or nursing care, right within the community, at The Manor. Transitioning is easy, and doesn’t require a big move, or getting to know another new community.
